Transformational Coach and Author

Chris Lee has spent more than three decades running transformational workshops, and the thing he is best at is naming the excuse before you have finished making it.
Lee is the author of Transform Your Life: 10 Principles of Abundance and Prosperity, and a longtime friend and repeat guest of Lewis Howes on The School of Greatness. His workshops, run for years out of Puerto Rico and internationally, are known for being confrontational in a way that participants describe afterward as generous.
His central theme is resistance. Not laziness, not lack of information, but the specific internal mechanism by which people protect a story about themselves at the cost of the life they say they want. His work is about getting a person to see that story clearly enough that keeping it becomes the harder option.
The second theme is integrity, which he defines narrowly and usefully: your word matching your action, including the words you only said to yourself.
Abundance is not something you attract. It is what is left when you stop defending the story that you cannot have it.
On the through line of Chris Lee's work
Lee's definition of integrity, your word matching your action including the words you only said to yourself, is almost exactly what the Hermetic texts mean by coherence, and Master Thyself argues that this is not a metaphor. Chapter 7, Co-Created Reality, covers the measurable side: HeartMath Institute's work on heart rhythm coherence, the 1993 Washington D.C. meditation study, and what happens to decision making when internal conflict resolves. Chapter 24 closes on the power of the coherent word, which is the same claim Lee makes in a workshop room without the citations. He found it in the room. The instruments found it independently.
