The material that couldn’t fit between the covers.
Save the charts. Read what’s here. Come back when new material lands. This page grows as the research continues. The charts below follow the order of the book, chapter by chapter.
It takes 30 seconds. It decides who else ever finds this book.
Master Thyself has no publisher behind it. No marketing budget, no distribution deal, no one whispering to an algorithm on its behalf. What it has is you.
Amazon decides which books it surfaces and which it buries, and review count is most of that decision. One honest sentence from a real reader does more than anything I could buy.
You don’t need to write an essay. A line or two is enough.
Chapter 5. From Maya to the Simulation Hypothesis.
Across time and continents, one idea keeps surfacing in the world’s wisdom traditions: the material world is a construct, a dream, a veil. This chart gathers over 100 of those references, from the Bhagavad Gita’s Maya to Plato’s cave to the modern simulation hypothesis, organized by tradition.
Different cultures. Same insight. One reality beyond illusion.
Chapter 10. Sixteen old words that remember wholeness.
Sin. Holy. Righteousness. Salvation. Devil. Repent. Before translation buried them, every one of these words described the same thing: staying whole, or coming apart. This chart restores each original meaning, sets it beside what the word became, and gives the chapter and page where the book makes the case.
Print it. Share it. Once you know what the words meant, you hear scripture differently.
Chapter 12. 60 points of comparison. One unexcavated answer.
Plato left two accounts, the Timaeus and the Critias, describing a ringed capital beyond the Pillars of Hercules, destroyed in a single day and night roughly 11,600 years ago. The Richat Structure in Mauritania matches those accounts across 60 specific points: geography, geology, measurement, and history. Chapter 12 makes the full case. This poster lays out every point, tier by tier, alongside the satellite evidence.
Print it at up to 20×30, study it, or hand it to the skeptic in your life.
Chapter 13. 6 traditions, 1 ascent.
Samadhi. Rigpa. Grace. Fana. Wu wei. Every great tradition has its own name for the same state, and this chart sets them side by side: the Source each one points to, the inner current it works with, the practice it prescribes, and the arrival it promises. The word changes. The state does not.
The doorway differs. The room is the same.
Chapter 15. What dims the inner light, and what restores it.
Chapter 15 names what calcifies the pineal gland: fluoride, seed oils, heavy metals, blue light, and the endocrine disruptors saturating modern life. Chapter 22 maps the reversal. This chart pairs each one, calcifier on the left, restorer on the right, with the studies that back it.
This is educational material drawn from the book, not medical advice. Talk to a qualified practitioner before changing your diet or supplements.
Chapter 17. What was flipped, and what it meant before.
The serpent. The pentagram. The witching hour. Meditation. The tithe. Chapter 17 shows the mechanism: the most empowering ideas were never erased, they were inverted, so people would fear what could liberate them. This chart maps 22 of those inversions, symbols on one side, practices and teachings on the other, each with its chapter and page.
Once you see the inversion, you can’t unsee it.
Chapter 19. Not the same, but one.
How the masculine and feminine chase, love, speak, and bond differently, set side by side as 23 paired polarities. Tendencies, not rules. Averages, not verdicts on any man or woman. Each pole requires the other to exist, and every pair is 2 halves of 1 rhythm.
One begins what the other completes.
Chapter 19. Polarity, perception, and the middle path.
Two observers look at the same cylinder. One sees a square, the other a circle. Both are right. Both are incomplete. The left panel shows how confirmation bias keeps each side staring only at the evidence that already agrees with it. The right panel shows the escape: every ideology, pushed to its extreme, curls back to the same trap of division and control. Balance holds the poles together instead of being ruled by either one.
The label is not the thing. Mastery is holding both.
Chapter 21. A chakra-by-chakra map of the inner ladder.
Chapter 21 names it. This chart shows it in one glance. Each rung of the spinal ladder corresponds to an endocrine gland and a domain of egoic attachment. Real fasting means withdrawing from both food and the patterns each gland feeds on.
To fast from food is to begin. To fast from the egoic patterns feeding each gland is to complete the circuit. The Christos Fast is a discipline of the whole self, the egoic self.
Chapter 22. Two holidays, one hidden 3-day tithe.
Christmas is solar and masculine, anchored to the winter solstice. Easter is lunar and feminine, anchored to the spring equinox and the first full moon. Both carry the same 3-day death-and-rebirth window, echoed independently in Osiris, Inanna, Dionysus, and the Christian resurrection. The date was renamed. The window was never touched.
Ten percent of 30 days is 3. The chart lays out both calendars side by side: the anchor, the polarity, the pagan origin, and what each one was renamed to hide. The temple was never a building. It was always your body.
Chapter 21. The body's sacred ascent.
Twelve stages trace the oil's climb from conception in the pineal to ascension at the crown. The spine is the ladder: 33 vertebrae, 33 years, the 33 degrees. The same climb is encoded in Jacob's Ladder, the rising serpent, and the twin pillars. And the Christmas tree, pine for the pineal, lights for the body's own current, star for the crown, is the Tree of Life in disguise. The 40-day fast is the discipline that lets the oil rise.
The temple was never a building. It was always the body.
Chapter 21. One structure, many names.
The same 12-position structure keeps surfacing across the body, the sky, and scripture: the zodiac, the 12 cranial nerves, the 12 tribes of Genesis 49, and the 12 apostles, each read against the same 12-position frame. The tribes, the Christos stages, the Stations of the Cross, and the 12 cranial nerves all line up on one grid. This plate lays them side by side and shows how 144,000, read as 12 × 12 × 1,000, seals the pattern in the awakened body.
Where the spine's ascent ends, the 12 gates of the head wait, tuned. Not a headcount. The signature of a body in coherence.
Chapter 22. Thirty daily choices. Two directions.
Every behavior in your day is a vote for one of two states. Coherence builds order in the body, the mind, and the field you broadcast. Decoherence tears it down. Chapter 22 explains the physics. This chart makes it practical: twenty-eight life areas, side by side, so you can see exactly where your votes are going.
Print it. Put it where you make decisions. Not a moral verdict. A physics problem.
Chapter 24. Sixteen declarations to anchor your day.
Speak it before the world speaks at you. The “I Am” name encoded in Exodus, John, and the gnostic gospels was never just theological. It was a frequency anchor. Print this. Frame it. Read it before you reach for the phone.
Where the book ends is where the practice begins. Updated to match the final text in Chapter 24, word for word.
A companion essay. Understanding how consciousness actually shapes reality.
Why the exact thing you visualize rarely arrives. Why your worst fears almost never do. And why wanting something too hard pushes it away. The essay lays out the trajectory model: you don’t order outcomes from the universe, you steer a probability corridor, and the answer usually arrives dressed as a canoe.
